Our Story

Our story is one hundred years old. It began in 1894 with the birth of Adele Josefa Luise of Kiraly, in the town of Neulengbach Austria. Her mother Lyudmila is a Berliner and her father Ludwig was born in Buda-Pest. In 1923 she marries Nikola and comes to Bulgaria to bring back some of the most delicious recipes from Austria-Hungary and Germany. All these clear recipes are adapted by Mommy and our cook Stoyan and you can taste and enjoy with us. Here is one of those whose stories we will continue to tell:
